Here’s our most common menu for events.

  • One barista serves maximum 250-400 drinks per day, two baristas can handle up to 800-900 drinks. We have a lot of baristas and a few espresso machines, in case you need to serve A LOT of drinks in short time. ;)

  • It depends on the event and setup, but the most common setup takes 2 x 16A. We will double check this before the event.

  • It depends on the event and setup, but usually the barista(s) work on a counter that’s about 150cm x 70cm and they need to be able to stand behind the counter. We also need some space for our hidden equipment (under the counter) and the raw materials (coffee & milk etc…). When you order the service from us, we go through the requirements.

  • No, it’s not necessary, although it reduces the need for storage space under the counter, since we bring water containers for the espresso machine in case there’s no water pipeline. Usually we don’t have water pipeline, instead we work with water containers. The same goes for the sewer, we usually use containers.

  • We use local artisan roasters. Usually these small roasters don’t have certificates on their coffee, since the batches are so small and certificates are expensive. The small roasters we work with are however in contact with the coffee producers and make sure that the coffee is as sustainable as possible. In case you need to know more about the coffee that we use on your event, we will provide you accurate information. We order the coffee each time for every event separately, so the beans vary.
